They will set up a "Roadmap" for re-opening the art sector

The ministers of Health and Culture, Luis Francisco Sucre and Carlos Aguilar Navarro, respectively, held an approach with representatives of different artistic and event promoters with the aim of talking about strategies, solutions and commitments that will allow them to design a work plan for the gradual re-opening of entertainment activities that have yet to be re-activated.

Both authorities, after listening to several speakers from the organisations that have come together in a virtual and face-to-face manner, agreed to set up a Roadmap that will start with the establishment of a work table where concrete proposals will be established that will be put into place and will be implemented, while maintaining biosecurity measures and gradually as contagion figures have been maintained as they have been or have been reduced and as the number of people vaccinated will be increasing.

Luis Francisco Sucre said, "We are aware of the sacrifices that the country has had to make to survive the pandemic and currently the indicators allow us to move forward with a gradual and we can venture and re-invent ourselves as a population and a society. We can consider revising the curfew's schedule, and the details are to ensure that we are all going to be responsible and to guarantee the behaviour of our people at all locations to maintain biosecurity measures."

For his part, Carlos Aguilar Navarro, put at the disposal of those guilds whose activities are still suspended from the spaces of the Ministry of Culture, so that they will start meetings enabling them to put together a plan of re-openings and select their representatives at the table with the Minma, MiCultura and other entities of the state as requested by the guilds.

Also Aguilar Navarro propose a schedule of meeting dates between authorities and representatives of each organization, which will be held between the second and third week of April at the MiCultura facility.
