MiCultura at Casa celebrates issue number 100

Panama, June 23, 2020 -In a week filled with music and cultural events, MiCultura at Casa welcomes the issuance of 100 programs broadcast on social networks at the Ministry of Culture with the support of SERTV, its radio stations and social networks as well as the digital platforms of TVNPass, MedcomGo, the Panama Canal Authority (Cana Tv) and Nextv, among other allied media.

The Ministry of Culture had been united with Panama's artistic, creative and cultural community and had been generating, as of March, music, Panamanian films of fiction and documentary, folkloric ballet, dance, theater and comedies in the format of "Live Streaming," with more than 1.4 million users of digital platforms.

This week MiCultura at home will be celebrating with more than 100 artists at the scene, an event at the ruins of Panama La Vieja that filled with joy to big and boys. Through interactive activities, games, virtual reality and an artistic tidal, at the Plaza Mayor of Panama Viejo was held "La Ciudad de Piedra," a great show that combines interactive entertainment, setting from the 16th century, considered as one of the most impressive musicals that are supported with innovative technologies (mapping) where the historic tower comes to life and tells the story at that same place where Panama was growing up to our day.

Micultra will have also this week's special "Travesías," a folklore tour throughout Panama's provinces, produced by Odette Cortez, as part of the first year's celebration of Folklore Dance Studio.

Also, Ivan Barrios's music will be featured in a special that mixes anecdotes and acoustic versions of his themes, leading his public to the energy of his concert performances, while the Rabanes explosives, the most representative grouping of the country, at national and international level, will accompany MiCultura at Casa with a special for Panama.

The Minister of Culture, Carlos Aguilar Navarro, stated MiCultura at Casa will continue to offer for the enjoyment of Panamanians, an artistic billboard that adapts to digital trends and expands his offer of contents by offering Salsa classes, chess lessons, models to learn how to write, virtual tours through theatres and museums, art exhibitions and concerts, in solidarity with the state's care and protection to stay at home.
