MiCultura invites cultural managers to participate in IBERESCEN's 2020-2021 calls

Panama, June 15, 2020. The Ministry of Culture invites creative artists and cultural managers from each of the countries that are members of the IBERESCENA Programme to send their proposals for project assistance from June 15th to October 15th 2020.
At the 38th meeting of the Iberescenna Intergovernmental Board at a virtual meeting, with the presence of representatives from the 16 countries members of Iberescenna, with Panama's participation through the Ministry of Culture, the call period was approved for the three aid lines that are:
- Building aids at residential level.
- Aid for the co-production of performing arts attractions.
- Support for the Programming of Festivals and Scenic Spaces.
It should be noted that this new call was marked by the complete understanding and solidarity of the current situation by which the Ibero-American performing arts sector was passing as a result of the global Pandemia and that, as a result, a thorough review of its aid parameters had been undertaken and they had been adapted with a view to ensuring the implementation of the projects that had been achieved throughout 2021.
To send their request, interested parties will have to sign up through the Digital Platform available at IBERESCEN's web and complete the form for the selected helpline.
IBERESCEN is an Ibero-American cooperation programme for the performing arts with 16 countries with an annual contribution of resources to form an economic contestable fund, open to performing arts professionals living in the programme's member countries.
