Panama, 23 March 2020. Since Friday, March 20, thousands of Panamanian people have been able to enjoy the cultural agenda of "My Culture At Home," an initiative by the Ministry of Culture in strategic partnership with SERTV, MedcomGo, TVNpass and Nextv and Live Streaming through the cultural entity's youth and Facebook channel.
Within this program, Panamanian families have been able to enjoy from 8 p.m., concerts by artists of the size of MecániKa Informal and Osvaldo Ayala, from film productions such as: "Panama Al Brown" and "It's time to fall in love."
"Panama Al Brown," a production by Carlos Aguilar Navarro, a documentary showing the lives of one of the great legends of national boxing, who was born in the province of Colón and was the first world boxing champion to have had Latin America. A figure inside and outside the Quadrilateral between the 1920s and 1930, matching with painters such as Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí, novelist Ernest Hemingway, designer Coco Chanel, dancer Joséphine Baker and poet Jean Coctiau.
"It's time to fall in love," produced by journalist Guido Bilbao, Nobel Prize winner best film at the Awladna International Forum of Arts for People with Special Needs, celebrating in Egypt. He shown us the perseverance, respect and skills of 25 young people, including 13 with Down Syndrome who performed stage of the work "La Cucarachita Mandinga."
Using technologies and applying to artists' well-being, My Culture At Home takes place in a controlled environment, within the National Theater with the support of the Ministry of Health, with the necessary health measures and with compliance with established decrees and communiqués, to conduct them more concerts and play as part of the "Stay At Home" campaign but care for the well-being of artists.
The agenda continues with Monalisa and Rodrigo, the comedian Winnie T. Sitton, tenor Jota Alvarezo-Torres and Susan Samudo at an unforgettable lyrical night, the lady of jazz, Idania Dowman, among other proposals that will be welcomed by viewers and netizens.
