Act 90 of 15 August 2019
Ministry of Culture
It established the Ministry of Culture as the leading body of the State with regard to the promotion and protection of cultural rights and cultural heritage.
Act 175 of 3 November 2020
General for Culture
It lays down principles, regulations, powers and commitments of the State, aimed at designing and implementing a policy that preserves the cultural expressions of Panamanians.
