A comity visit was undertaken by Colombia's ambassador to Panama, Mauricio Baquero and a delegation from "Proyecto Volarte" to the office of the Minister of Culture, Giselle González Villarrué.
During this visit, the incumbent of Culture was given an exhibition of what consists of the Volarte Project that mainly aims to promote art and culture in Latin America by means of mobile exhibitions at regional airports.
The Colombian ambassador, Mauricio Baquero, described as "very productive" the meeting with Minister González Villarrué and also outlined the project to organize an important celebration on the occasion of the centennial of diplomatic relations between Panama and Colombia.
Meanwhile, Minister González Villarrué ponderó la visita del diplomatoriado colombiana, la exposición del proyecto Volarte and emphasized that this type of approaches contribute to improving cultural exchange between both countries.
