The Ministry of Culture (MyCultura) declares to interested parties that they are open to the seven literary competitions organized by the cultural entity for this and that they seek to promote and stimulate literary production among children, youth and adults.

The MyCulture through the Fairs and Literary Meetings department of the national direction of Las Artes will ensure that the contest's bases are met, including the National Prize for Children and Youth Literature, Carlos Francisco Changmarín, Young Poetry Competition, Gustavo Batista Cedeño, National Prize for Literature, Ricardo Miró and Filling competition, Medio Pollito.

The date of closure for the different contest are as follows: Mil Pollito Mid-Count competition, May 31; Mil Correa Vásquez published Work competition, June 13; Rosa María Britton Youth count National Competition, June 19 and Ricardo Miró National Literature competition, June 30 and Carlos ' s National Prize for Children and Youth Literature
